The lower instrument is a two-manual harpsichord in the German style (8', 8', 4') by Philip Tyre, built in 1988 with a compass of 61 notes, FF to ggg. Played by Gavin Black, it favors the left side of the recording.

 

The upper instrument is a two-manual harpsichord in the German style (8', 8', 4') by Keith Hill, built in 1978 with a compass of 54 notes, AA to ddd. Played by George Hazelrigg, it favors the right side of the recording.
